I received an offer in the mail and wen to make an on-line purchase but the interest free finance terms were shorter for on-line sales than in store. However, with the current COVID19 outbreak, I don’t feel comfortable going to the store. I called and spoke with Blake who was the customer service manager on duty and he honored the in-store terms for me.That’s great customer service!
